This situation has shown the enemy that any attack on Iran will have severe consequences.

Zakani, referring to the enemy's efforts to create chaos in the country, emphasized the necessity of supporting people's presence and their livelihoods. He said: "It is our duty to maintain the field and gatherings and support people's livelihoods" and urged mayors to support the presence of people in neighborhoods and districts. He also referred to the recent statements of the Supreme Leader regarding the need to create conditions for the presence of various segments of the population in the fields.

Implementation of Service Plans in Tehran's Fields
Zakani further announced the municipality's plans to establish service tents in 50 major fields in Tehran, stating that various services, including the 'Zero Inflation' plan and health services, will be provided to citizens. He also mentioned the positive impacts of the 'Zero Inflation' plan, stating: "This plan has disrupted the enemy's game in Iran" and noted that although the enemy sought to create famine in the country, the implementation of this plan has lifted a financial burden from the shoulders of the people.
Incomplete Projects and Transformation of the City's Face
Zakani emphasized the need to complete unfinished projects and stated that expectations from the municipality have increased more than before. He referred to some important projects in Tehran, saying: "Changing the use of sand pits in Region 18 and constructing a stadium covering 270 hectares in Region 15 are among the vital projects."
He also reported progress in transportation and construction projects in the capital regarding metro lines, stating: "Line 9 will enter a new phase with the start of mechanized drilling operations." Zakani also referred to highway and tunnel projects and announced the commencement of executive operations for Shahid Shoushtari Highway.
Emphasis on Participation and Innovation in the Municipality
In conclusion, Zakani stressed the necessity of participation and innovation in the municipality, saying: "Vali Park should be determined to activate in the field of innovation." He also referred to the need to change the face of the city and outline the future vision of Tehran for the people, stating that discussions about future projects should be realistic.
