General Mohibi, the spokesperson for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, elaborated on the details of the letter sent to the people of America during a press conference. He emphasized that this action goes beyond a short-term media and propaganda operation, and its main goal is to establish a real and logical connection with the American people.
The Purpose of Sending the Letter to the People of America
General Mohibi continued his remarks by saying: "We feel that perhaps the people of America are not very familiar with our logic and positions; therefore, through this letter, we wanted to create a platform for this familiarity." According to him, this letter has been chosen as a tool for establishing direct and clear communication with the American people, and due to media restrictions within the United States, this method seems to be the best option.

Media Challenges and Restrictions
In this meeting, General Mohibi referred to the existing inequalities in the media landscape and said: "Unlike the United States, which has hundreds of television and radio networks providing 24/7 messaging to other nations, we face limitations in terms of having abundant and ongoing media within U.S. territory." He added: "Choosing a letter as a tool for message transmission is a sign of the existing realities and our efforts to establish direct communication with the American people."
General Mohibi also advised the people of America to read this letter at least once. He said: "If you wish to respond, criticize, or request further explanations, we are fully prepared for correspondence, and the official address for this purpose will be provided to the media at the end of the meeting."
Consequences of This Action
The IRGC's letter to the people of America is, in a way, an effort to circumvent media restrictions and establish an honest and real communication with the people. This action can be seen as a turning point in Iran-U.S. relations and demonstrates Iran's willingness to engage in dialogue and exchange views with the American people, not just with the officials of this country.
This action can also be considered an opportunity to better introduce Iran's positions and familiarize the American people with the existing realities in our country. At the end of the meeting, General Mohibi once again emphasized the importance of this communication and reminded the American people that in today's world of communications, dialogue and exchange of views can lead to a better understanding of each other.
