In this meeting, Mohammad Baqer A'lami referred to the rich calendar of the second half of the year, which includes religious occasions such as the months of Rajab, Sha'ban, Ramadan, and the days of Fatimiyyah. He also emphasized national and revolutionary identity peaks, including the 13th of Aban, Resistance Week, the anniversary of the martyrdom of General Qassem Soleimani, and the Ten Days of Fajr. A'lami stated that these occasions are not just administrative duties but significant civilizational opportunities to demonstrate the healing role, narrative of hope, and social cohesion.

In this meeting, the development of significant activities and genuine public engagement centered around intermediary circles, grassroots organizations, and innovative councils was also discussed. A'lami emphasized an absolute focus on the young and adolescent generation and the use of tools such as gamification and cultural startups as transformative pillars of upcoming programs. He also referred to breaking down exhausting processes and unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles to expedite the process from 'idea to execution.'
Allocation of Financial Resources Based on Effectiveness
Mohammad Baqer A'lami announced that the allocation of financial resources in the second half of the year would be based on actual effectiveness and qualitative indicators of audience engagement. He also referred to clarifying support commitments aimed at preserving the psychological security of colleagues and artists and emphasized the need to pay attention to the current conditions of the country.
