The significant drop in temperature in many cities of Iran has affected the daily lives of people. In Kurdistan province, with recorded lower temperatures, cities like Dehgolan and Divandareh have shown cold experiences with temperatures of one degree, while Marivan, Saqqez, and Sanandaj have recorded four degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Kamyaran with five degrees, Sarvabad and Qorveh with six degrees, and Baneh and Bijar with eight degrees Celsius are among the coldest areas in the province.
Temperature Drop in South Khorasan and West Azerbaijan
In South Khorasan province, Sarbisheh with a temperature of minus one degree, Qaen with two degrees, and Birjand with three degrees Celsius are other cold spots in this region. Additionally, temperatures in Asadiyeh reached five degrees, Khusf eight degrees, and Nehbadan, Sarayan, Ferdows, and Hajiabad nine degrees Celsius. In West Azerbaijan, Takht-e Soleyman and Chaldoran with two degrees, Takab with four degrees, and Oshnavieh with six degrees are considered the coldest areas of this province. Urmia has recorded seven degrees, Naqdeh, Makoo, and Salmas eight degrees, and Mahabad, Piranshahr, Qara Zia al-Din, and Bukan nine degrees Celsius.

Cold Weather in Razavi Khorasan and Other Provinces
In Razavi Khorasan, Quchan with a temperature of three degrees was the coldest point in this province. Nishapur, Bakharz, Fariman, and Golmakan Chenaran recorded four degrees, Torbat Heydarieh five degrees, and Mashhad seven degrees Celsius. In Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Shahrekord and Kuhrang with three degrees, Ben with four degrees, and Saman and Farrokhshahr with five degrees are among the cold regions. The temperature in Dowab Samsami also reached eight degrees Celsius.
In Lorestan province, Alishtar and Azna have been reported with four degrees, Noorabad with five degrees, and Aligudarz with six degrees Celsius. The temperature in Kuhdasht and Borujerd reached eight degrees, and Dorud nine degrees Celsius. In North Khorasan, Shirvan with a minimum temperature of four degrees and Esfarayen and Bojnurd with eight degrees were recognized as the coldest areas.
In Ardabil, Khalkhal with four degrees, Nir with five degrees, and Firuzabad-Koosar with six degrees have been recorded. In Kermanshah, the temperature in Kangavar reached five degrees and Sanqur six degrees Celsius. East Azerbaijan has also recorded Sarab and Shahroud with seven degrees, Bostanabad, Charavimak, Haris, and Varzeqan with eight degrees, and Azarshahr, Marand, and Eskoo with nine degrees Celsius.
