The National Elite Foundation has announced the start of registration for three new plans for the academic year 2025-2026. These plans include 'Martyr Seyyed Shirazi', 'Martyr Vezvazi', and 'Education Assistant and Research Assistant', each aimed at supporting and empowering top graduates from universities and higher education institutions in the country.
Martyr Seyyed Shirazi Plan
Registration for the Martyr Seyyed Shirazi plan will begin on October 1, 2025, and will continue for 20 days. This plan aims to optimally utilize the capabilities of top graduates from domestic and foreign universities and seminaries, as well as to support technological institutions for the development of scientific, cultural, and technological activities in the country. Under this plan, eligible individuals, upon introduction by the National Elite Foundation, will have the opportunity to complete their military service in the form of a research or technological project and will ultimately receive a service completion card.

This plan will be implemented in cooperation with the General Staff of the Armed Forces and can provide a suitable opportunity for graduates to contribute to the country's progress by presenting research ideas and projects. Registration for applicants of this plan will be done through the National Elite Foundation's information system (Sina system).
Martyr Vezvazi Plan
The Martyr Vezvazi plan will also commence on September 6, 2025, and will last for one month. This plan is designed to empower, enhance skills, and create conditions for the maximum growth and flourishing of individual and group talents among gifted students. Various facilities will be provided to talented students from universities and higher education institutions to help them advance in their academic and professional paths.
Eligible students, except for new students who will be in their first year of undergraduate, master's, professional doctorate, and specialized doctorate studies in the academic year 2025-2026, can submit their applications through the Sina system. Additionally, a call for registration for new students will be published subsequently.
Education Assistant and Research Assistant Plan
The National Elite Foundation also announced the start of registration for the Education Assistant and Research Assistant plan for the academic year 2025-2026. This plan is dedicated to supporting the education and scientific, research, and investigative activities of full-time doctoral students. First and second-year doctoral students will be supported under the Education Assistant plan, while third and fourth-year students will be supported under the Research Assistant plan.
These students will benefit not only from monthly financial support but also from empowering facilities. Registration for applicants of this plan will also begin on October 1, 2025, and will continue for one month. Eligible applicants can submit their requests through the Sina system.
The National Elite Foundation has emphasized that additional information, guidelines, and application instructions for all three plans will be available to applicants through the Sina system of the National Elite Foundation. These plans demonstrate the country's determination and will to support elites and top graduates and to leverage their capabilities for the scientific and technological development of the country.
