The Gholizadeh and Moghanloo families, with their third organ donation in their history, once again demonstrated that selflessness and sacrifice are part of their identity. Youssef Gholizadeh, 27 years old, donated his organs to needy patients on November 8 of this year, with the consent of his family. This is the third organ donation in this family, as previously, Parisa Moghanloo, 20 years old, and Mahzar Gholizadeh, 54 years old, had also saved other lives in the same manner.
A Story of Sorrow and Hope
Narges Ghazalkhani, Parisa's mother, says: "My daughter was 20 years old when she lost her life in an unfortunate accident. In August 2021, she went to the rooftop with her uncle and suffered severe injuries in a sudden fall." She continues: "After medical examinations, the doctors told us that my daughter had suffered brain death and it would be better to donate her organs. At that time, my family was extremely worried and could not make such a request."

Narges, under a lot of emotional pressure, ultimately decided to donate her daughter's organs. She says: "Parisa's organs, including her corneas and bone marrow, were donated at Sina Hospital on August 30, 2021."
Continuing this Path with Mahzar and Youssef
Three years later, Mahzar Gholizadeh, Parisa's aunt, also joined the donors. Narges explains: "Mahzar suffered a brain injury in an accident and, despite her family's initial objections, ultimately decided to donate her organs. Her liver and kidneys were donated to needy patients on November 19, 2024."
But the story did not end there. Youssef Gholizadeh, Parisa's cousin, recently joined this cycle and saved several patients' lives by donating his organs on October 25, 2026. Narges says: "Youssef, who had gone to the doctor due to a toothache, suddenly suffered brain death. His family was initially worried about how they could make such a decision, but ultimately, remembering the sacrifices of Parisa and Mahzar, they decided to donate Youssef's organs."
These bittersweet narratives reflect the power of sacrifice and selflessness in the Gholizadeh and Moghanloo families, who have always remembered that life gains meaning through the generosity of others.
