Motaghi further responded to a question about her role in the historical detective genre, stating: To portray a role in a historical and detective work, merely knowing a few points about the past is not enough. An actor must be able to understand the behavioral logic, social relationships, power dynamics, and communication styles of people from that era. Without this understanding, the character becomes a cliché.
She also emphasized the importance of details in acting, saying: In such a role, paying attention to the way of speaking and behaving is very important. What mattered to me was achieving a believable character; a person who lives in their own time and has a proper existence.
Dialogue with the Director and Its Impact on the Narrative
Motaghi discussed the direction of Seyed Jamal Seyed Hatami and its differences from previous seasons, stating: Every director has their own worldview and style of expression. Mr. Seyed Hatami's presence affected the execution space and narrative style of this season. It was important for me to reach a shared understanding of the character and accurately portray their reactions.
