Kambiz Mirkarimi, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, has analyzed the state of air transport in the country and examined the implications of flight restrictions on Iran's economy. He pointed out that the negligible share of air transport in the total trade volume of the country indicates that these restrictions, while they may increase ancillary costs for some businesses, will not have a significant impact on macroeconomic infrastructure.
Impact of Flight Restrictions on Businesses
Mirkarimi stated that the ancillary costs resulting from flight restrictions put pressure on certain industries and businesses, adding: "Businesses related to air transport and freight companies are facing more challenges due to existing restrictions, but this cannot directly lead to serious damage to economic infrastructure." He also noted that the increase in costs may force some businesses to reconsider their operational methods.

Challenges Facing Air Transport
This Chamber of Commerce member pointed out the numerous challenges in the field of air transport and said: "Various concerns, including political and economic issues, have impacted this sector. However, despite these problems, air transport, as an important part of global trade, continues to play its role and is not subject to blockade." He also emphasized that investment in air transport infrastructure could help improve the situation.
Mirkarimi concluded by noting that despite current challenges, efforts should be made to find solutions to improve air transport and reduce costs. He pointed out that business communications and air transport should be strengthened to achieve sustainable economic growth.
