Mohammad Reza Aref, the First Vice President, issued a new guideline, announcing the Cabinet's resolution regarding the deposit of part of the welfare payments into the electronic wallet of government employees. This decision was made to facilitate welfare payments to employees and also to transfer cash subsidies to this wallet.
Details of the New Resolution
According to this resolution, the Administrative and Recruitment Organization, the Program and Budget Organization, and the General Treasury of the country are required to provide the necessary executive arrangements for securing and allocating resources, requesting funds, and depositing amounts into the Central Bank account. This process must be completed within a maximum of one month. The resolution states that relevant agencies must deposit part of the welfare assistance paid to salary recipients into their electronic wallets at a minimum of one million tomans per month, with the consent of the beneficiaries.

Implementation Steps and Required Information
The Administrative and Recruitment Organization is required to coordinate with the requesting agency to provide information about salary recipients, including national ID numbers, mobile phone numbers, and allocated amounts to the Central Bank, and to update this information at each payment stage. Additionally, this resolution allows the Targeted Subsidy Organization to take necessary measures to deposit part of the cash subsidy for household heads into their electronic wallets.
This organization is also required to periodically and continuously report the information of beneficiaries to the Central Bank and deposit the total amount into the account specified by this bank. Furthermore, raising awareness and informing the public in this regard is the responsibility of the Targeted Subsidy Organization.
The Central Bank is also responsible for creating and updating the electronic wallets of employees of executive agencies and household heads, and must take necessary actions after receiving the information.
