The 'Iran Trade with Eurasia' pavilion at the Innoprom exhibition in Belarus was held from October 1 to 3 in Minsk and is recognized as a milestone in Iran and Belarus's trade diplomacy. This event was organized by the Iran Trade Development Organization with the participation of about 20 Iranian companies, holdings, and economic activists.

Significant Presence of Iranian Companies

According to Alireza Jafari, head of the Iranian Trade Center in Belarus, this pavilion, covering more than a thousand square meters, was executed on the sidelines of the fourth Innoprom industrial exhibition in Minsk. At this exhibition, CEOs of holdings and Iranian experts, alongside introducing their products, held negotiations with companies from Belarus and other countries in the Eurasian region. Jafari emphasized the necessity of identifying mutual capacities and establishing trade relations.

Presence of Economic and Industrial Officials

During the pavilion's operation, several economic and industrial officials from Iran and the region were also present. Mohammad Ali Dehghan Dehvari, Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and Head of the Iran Trade Development Organization, participated in the pavilion's programs and emphasized the importance of this exhibition for developing trade relations. Additionally, Farshad Moghimi, Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, and Javad Kafil, Advisor for Special Follow-ups of the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, visited the pavilion.

Mohsen Omid Zamani, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Belarus, also attended this pavilion and became aware of the capacities and capabilities of Iranian companies. This event provided many opportunities for identifying areas of cooperation and developing trade communications.

Following Up on Negotiations and Sustainable Cooperation

Alireza Jafari further pointed out the importance of turning negotiations into operational collaborations and sustainable contracts. Abdolreza Jafari, CEO of Pars Karan Trade Management Company, also emphasized the continuity of communications after the exhibition and referred to the holding of business meetings and direct negotiations as the achievements of this event.

Holding an Economic Panel between Iran and Belarus

One of the important programs of the pavilion was the holding of an economic panel between Iran and Belarus with the presence of the Deputy Minister of Industry of Belarus. In this meeting, the Belarusian side emphasized the development of industrial cooperation and moving towards joint production. He also highlighted the importance of joint projects and new opportunities for developing economic relations and called for a focus on joint production in various fields.

This exhibition is considered a large showcase for Iran's capabilities and a connection point for trade with the Eurasian market. The presence of Iranian companies at this event can pave the way for identifying new opportunities and entering Iranian products into the Belarusian market.
