Iran, with significant stockpiles of missiles and drones, has recently strengthened its military status considerably. The country has assured analysts and regional officials that it is capable of producing ballistic missiles again using stored parts and operating in underground facilities.
Iran's Military Threats and New Strategies
In the early stages of the war, Iran launched heavy attacks on U.S. air bases and other vital facilities in the region. The country has also attacked energy and industrial facilities in the United Arab Emirates, as well as airports in Dubai, Kuwait, and Bahrain, demonstrating that it can deliver heavier blows in each new round of conflict. In this context, Brigadier General Yadollah Javani, the political deputy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has explicitly stated that Iran can cut the internet cables that pass under the Strait of Hormuz.

Consequences of Iran's Threats for the Region and the World
Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister, emphasized in a note in an international publication that new attacks could endanger the lives of civilians and the security of all countries in the region. This message clearly indicates that Iran is prepared to extend its threats to the Gulf countries and also attack their economic assets if U.S. assaults continue.
Iranian officials have informed mediators that in the event of any new attack from the United States, Iran will respond with greater intensity against American military personnel. This approach seems particularly concerning given that the stockpiles of interceptor missiles in the air defense systems of the U.S. and Arab countries are dwindling. In addition, informed sources have indicated that Iran is also looking to sink U.S. warships in the Middle East.
Given these threats and Iran's military capabilities, tensions in the Middle East appear to be heading toward a new peak. Analysts and military officials are examining the current situation and potential Iranian strategies to effectively counter these threats.
