The inauguration of a project named after Martyr Seyyed Abdul Rahim Mousavi in Tehran was a sign of devotion and respect for the martyrs of this land in the current difficult circumstances. At this ceremony, the Chairman of the Islamic City Council of Tehran, while commemorating the memory of the martyr leader of the Islamic Revolution and other esteemed martyrs, emphasized the necessity of keeping their memory alive.

Memories of Martyr Mousavi

Mahdi Chamran, the Chairman of the Islamic City Council of Tehran, at this ceremony, referring to a memory of Martyr Mousavi said: "At a time when the Iranian embassy in Damascus was bombed, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran responded to this attack. The next morning, I had an appointment with Martyr Mousavi from 7 to 7:30. I thought that due to the conflicts of the previous night, this meeting would not take place, but he arrived exactly on time." These words reflect the commitment and resilience of Martyr Mousavi in critical conditions.

Continuation of Urban Projects in Difficult Conditions

Chamran emphasized that naming projects after martyrs is a small gesture compared to their status and position, adding: "We are facing limitations, but we apologize to the families of the martyrs who have the right to complain and assure them that we will do everything we can to serve them."

He also referred to the continuation of urban projects in the country's difficult economic conditions and said: "In days when the enemy thought that Iran's economy would face a serious crisis, the implementation of urban projects continued, and today we are witnessing the inauguration of one of these projects in the city of Tehran." These statements reflect the determination and will of the officials for construction in the country.

Chamran concluded by emphasizing the necessity of continuing the path of service and construction, stating: "We hope to provide more services to the people by continuing the implementation of urban projects in Tehran and other parts of the country and to honorably continue the path of the dear martyrs." These words symbolize the continuous efforts of officials to serve the people and remind us of the devotion to the blood of the martyrs.
