Hasan Heydati, the creator of the series "Detective Alavi," has engaged in a deep and human conversation about the challenges of producing the third season of this series. He expressed concern over the extensive changes in the screenplay and the replacement of actors, stating that this season has faced many difficulties and his perspective as a writer has changed. He specifically mentioned the replacement of Behnam Tashakkor for Ahmad Najafi, saying: "God willing, this series does not continue."
Criticism of television performance and neglecting the audience
Heydati criticized the performance of television in producing dramatic works, stating that this media ignores its most important asset, the audience, instead of being strict about production quality. He cited statistics showing a decrease of over 70% in television viewers and considered this a matter of regret. He also explained that apparently no criticism or feedback is allowed to pass through the Jam-e Jam gate and reach the ears of the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.

Challenges of the third season and geographical changes
Heydati further pointed out the challenges of serials in maintaining their audience, saying: "The third season was made at the suggestion of Channel One, and there were many changes in the screenplay." He explained that his initial stories were mostly set outside the city, but for various reasons, they have been reduced to an urban setting. According to him, these changes have affected the narrative structure of the work and led to a disruption of characters.
Heydati also criticized the introduction of Behnam Tashakkor as a new actor, saying: "These changes were made in a childish manner, and I believed that the character of 'Detective Alavi' should change. However, the decision was made to keep the previous actor." He emphasized that choosing the right actor for the main role is very important, and the actor's inability can affect the entire story.
This director concluded by referring to the cases selected for the third season, saying: "The screenplay for this season dates back two years, and efforts have been made to include topics of interest to the audience." He hopes that with positive feedback from the audience, a better future for this series will be shaped.
