With the implementation of the new refueling plan that does not require a fuel card, citizens no longer need to use code 1111. Instead, applicants must obtain a four-digit code using their bank card. This change has been made to facilitate the refueling process and reduce waiting times at gas stations.
Traffic and initial challenges
With the introduction of this plan, we witnessed increased traffic at some fuel stations in the early days. Shahpour Noori, the head of the fuel station owners' association, pointed this out and said: "In the first days, some stations faced heavy traffic, and it seems that there is a need for more information dissemination in this regard." He also added that this plan will ultimately help improve conditions and reduce waiting times.

Advantages and impacts of the new plan
Using a bank card instead of a fuel card brings multiple advantages. This change simplifies and speeds up the refueling process while preventing potential abuses. Additionally, since most people currently have bank cards, this measure can be easily accepted by all citizens.
On the other hand, given the increased traffic in the early days, officials need to think of solutions for better management of this situation. Noori stated: "We are examining this issue to see if we can control traffic and reduce waiting times by creating smart systems."
Ultimately, this plan can be seen as a positive step towards improving refueling services in the country, but it requires cooperation and coordination among station owners, the public, and officials. With the successful implementation of this plan, it is hoped that the refueling experience for citizens will become more efficient and easier.
