Collateral System to Facilitate Small Loan Acquisition
Another important topic raised in this meeting was the mechanism of the collateral system, which helps facilitate the acquisition of small loans. Ranjbar stated that the Minister of Economy had previously announced that this system would be unveiled soon, and the representatives of the Social Commission have been following up on this matter. The Minister also announced that the groundwork has been prepared, although some major banks have not yet connected to this system.
This system allows banks to attract guarantees based on the individual capabilities of loan applicants, eliminating the need for additional certificates and documents. This initiative helps banks conduct the loan granting process based on trust-building and the capabilities of the borrower.
Current Status of Justice Shares Transfer
The spokesperson for the Social Commission also referred to the issue of Justice Shares and announced that due to existing disagreements, the transfer of Justice Shares to individuals has been temporarily suspended. This decision was made due to the consensus of the specialized commissions of Parliament and correspondence with the President and the Ministry of Economy.
Ranjbar further mentioned the presence of the head of the State Property and Assets Management Organization in this meeting and stated that new programs for governors regarding productive asset management have been proposed. According to this program, the Cabinet has granted governors the authority for productive asset management up to 50 billion tomans, and it is expected that by the end of the year, customs will be able to perform productive asset management valued at 100 trillion tomans.
He emphasized that, according to the explanations from the head of the State Property Organization, the pace of work will accelerate, and productive asset management will continue more rapidly at the provincial and central levels. These efforts are aimed at improving economic conditions and facilitating matters for the people.
