Zahra Ali Pour, the head of the Privatization Organization, poured cold water on the hopes of those left behind in Justice Shares in her latest statements, announcing that no share basket has been approved by the government for these individuals by the end of 2022. This news is disappointing for many people who, due to lack of information or other issues, have been unable to register for the Justice Shares plan.
Non-approval of Share Basket
Ali Pour stated, "In 2022, the issue of re-identifying and determining the fate of those left behind in Justice Shares was raised in the budget law, but due to the lack of approval for a share basket, this matter remains in a state of uncertainty." She emphasized that the budget law is annual, and this issue cannot be easily implemented in subsequent years.

Need for Legislative Decision
She pointed out that to compensate for lost opportunities, a legislative decision must be made, stating that it must first be determined whether there are shares available in this regard. According to Ali Pour, if shares exist, there must be a possibility to compensate for the years when individuals were unable to register for any reason.
Ali Pour said, "It seems that over the years, after 2022, there is no longer a possibility for this opportunity to be given again." She emphasized that currently, one cannot expect the Privatization Organization to take action in this regard unless lawmakers or the government have a new proposal.
Proposals and Expectations
The head of the Privatization Organization noted that if lawmakers have a discussion, they should raise it, adding: "If the government has a proposal, it should introduce its initial proposal; until then, no action in this regard is conceivable for the Privatization Organization."
These statements come at a time when many of those left behind in Justice Shares are looking for a way to compensate for this lost opportunity, and now, given the official position of the Privatization Organization, their hopes for receiving Justice Shares have significantly diminished.
