Special facilities for different groups
Piravi explained that this platform is designed so that each group of users can access their dedicated sections. These sections include educational information and referral pathways that help strengthen preventive activities and enhance health literacy. The platform also allows professionals access to treatment protocols, intervention tools, suicide risk assessments, and safety plans.
Monitoring individuals and counseling services
Individuals who need counseling services and follow-up can create an electronic file through the experts' section and benefit from counseling facilities. This platform allows experts to record relevant information about an individual's status and organize the process of receiving services and monitoring individuals' conditions.
Piravi also emphasized the importance of following up on individuals after hospital visits, adding: "This platform enables healthcare centers to confidentially register cases of suicide attempts in the system and provide necessary information to psychologists and counselors after the patient's discharge for necessary follow-ups."
Easy access to support services
Fanoos aims to connect a chain of services together. Anyone entering this system can access the introduced helplines with one click and use services according to their needs. Piravi emphasized that the possibility for various organizations to participate in this platform has also been provided.
The capacity for developing this platform is very high, so organizations such as education and welfare can register their psychologists and experts on this platform and provide necessary services to students or beneficiaries requesting support. The platform also offers telephone, online, video, and written chat counseling options.
Piravi concluded by emphasizing that Fanoos is a ready and expandable platform, adding: "There is an opportunity for various organizations to utilize the features of this platform for providing preventive and supportive services."
