Emphasis on Condolence and Acceleration of Payments

Contact Information and Compensation Claim Process
The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has requested the legal heirs of the victims to contact the phone number 88646245-021 during office hours to receive the necessary information to initiate the compensation claim process. Additionally, heirs can send their messages via email to Contact.PS752.IR.
In this resolution, the issue of compensation payment is solely related to the damages caused by the flight incident, and this does not prevent the pursuit of criminal aspects of the matter in competent judicial authorities. This is an important point that heirs should pay attention to and preserve their right to legal recourse if necessary.
The crash of Flight 752 of Ukraine on January 8, 2021, resulted in the deaths of 176 people, many of whom left grieving families.
