Autumn rains are on the way, and the National Weather Organization has announced that in the early days of this week, we will witness scattered rains and wind in the northern regions of the country. With the influx of northern currents to the shores of the Caspian Sea, it is expected that the rains will intensify in the northern provinces of the country.
Areas Affected by the Rains
According to the forecasts from the National Weather Organization, today, Saturday, in the north and east of East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Gilan, Mazandaran, Golestan, the Alborz heights, and North Khorasan, increased cloud cover, rain showers, thunderstorms, and strong winds are expected. These rains could be very beneficial for farmers and agriculture in the region, as autumn rains help irrigate the fields during this season.

Additionally, in parts of the western country, the Central Zagros heights, southern Kerman, Isfahan, Semnan, and northern and western Razavi Khorasan, scattered rains are also predicted. This weather condition will continue on Sunday, and the likelihood of rain in these areas will increase.
Weather Conditions in Sistan and Baluchestan
In Sistan and Baluchestan, today, increased cloud cover, wind, and rain showers with thunderstorms are expected; however, on Tuesday, except for the south of this province, most regions of the country will have calm and stable weather, with temperatures rising relatively.
The National Weather Organization has also announced that from the afternoon of Tuesday, once again in parts of the northwest of the country, the Central Zagros slopes, the southern Alborz slopes in the provinces of Qazvin, Alborz, and Tehran, and the shores of the Caspian Sea, increased cloud cover, strong winds, and rain showers with thunderstorms will occur. This situation could pose challenges for residents of these areas, especially in the afternoon hours.

The sky of Tehran is also predicted to be partly to mostly cloudy over the next five days, and it is likely that in the afternoon hours, we will see increased cloud cover and the possibility of scattered rain. These rains could help moderate the weather in the capital during autumn days and raise hopes for a pleasant fall.
