Khorasan Razavi, with a population of over one million and 510 thousand Iranian students, is one of the leading provinces in education, accommodating 61,190 foreign students in its schools alongside this number. This reflects the province's educational and social approach to the issue of migration and cultural diversity.

Khorasan Razavi's Approach to Foreign Student Education

The Director General of Education in Khorasan Razavi stated: "In recent years, with the increase in the number of migrants, especially from neighboring countries, the need for special attention to this group of students has been felt. We have made efforts to create suitable conditions for their education by providing educational and counseling facilities." This approach not only aims to enhance the educational level of these students but also helps preserve their cultural and social identity.

Challenges and Opportunities

The education of foreign students in Khorasan Razavi schools also comes with challenges. One of these challenges is the presence of linguistic and cultural differences that can affect learning and social interaction. For this reason, Persian language education as a second language has been included in the educational programs for these students. Additionally, to enhance educational quality, teachers are being trained to manage multicultural classrooms.

Alongside these challenges, opportunities for cultural and educational exchange between Iranian and foreign students are also created. Holding cultural programs and festivals provides a suitable space for better understanding and interaction between these two groups and helps promote peaceful coexistence.

Ultimately, the Director General of Education in Khorasan Razavi emphasized the importance of collaboration among various institutions to improve the educational conditions for these students and said: "We all have a responsibility to help these students so that they can build a bright future for themselves by studying in a safe and supportive environment."

This data and these efforts demonstrate Khorasan Razavi's determination to create an inclusive educational environment that meets the needs of all students. While challenges still exist, there is hope for collaboration and cooperation to create the best educational conditions.
