Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, stated in a television interview that the United States has fully resumed providing early warnings about imminent Russian missile attacks after disruptions in the early warning system. This action is aimed at strengthening Ukraine's air defense systems against military threats.

The Vital Role of Early Warnings

Zelensky, in an interview with the TSN television network in Ukraine, highlighted the importance of early warnings, stating that these warnings play a vital role in the functioning of Ukraine's defense systems. The President of Ukraine explained that this information helps his country's armed forces respond more effectively to threats and protect the lives of their citizens.

He also stated that the restrictions imposed on the military satellite internet service Starshield, owned by SpaceX, have been lifted and this system has resumed operations with significant speed since early Saturday.

Negotiation Outcomes and Upcoming Challenges

Zelensky further referred to his negotiations with Steve Witkoff, the U.S. special envoy, in Oslo, considering the resumption of internet services as a result of these talks. He also pointed out the challenges facing Ukraine in technical negotiations with Russia and the U.S. in November, emphasizing that Kyiv will not agree to any limitations on its armed forces or accept mandatory neutrality after the war.

The President of Ukraine called for a trilateral meeting mediated by the U.S. with himself and Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, to discuss issues related to the occupied territories. Zelensky stressed the importance of this matter, stating: "The issue of territories is a red line that can only be discussed at the leadership level."

It is worth mentioning that currently, Russia occupies nearly 20% of Ukraine's territory, which has become one of the main challenges in international negotiations. Ukraine is seeking to strengthen its position against this occupation and relies on international support to reclaim its lands.
