Brigadier General Mustafa Izadi, deputy to the Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC, in his recent speech referred to recent developments in the national security domain and stated that U.S. warships have moved 700 kilometers away from the Strait of Hormuz. This movement clearly demonstrates the power and self-sufficiency of Iran's armed forces against external threats.
Power and Readiness of Iran's Armed Forces
Izadi further referred to the great martyrs of Iran, including Martyrs Chamran and Pakpour, and emphasized the importance of their sacrifices in defending the homeland. He recalled that the history of this land is filled with great and selfless individuals who have sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of their country. Markazi Province, as the birthplace of these heroes, has always held a special place in the history of Iran.
He also referred to the effects of the Islamic Revolution and the leadership of Imam Khomeini (RA), stating: "The Islamic Revolution, under the prophetic leadership of Imam Khomeini and the Iranian people, has played a significant role in bringing about positive changes in the region and the world."
The Enemy Against the Will of the Iranian Nation
The deputy commander of the IRGC stated that the enemies have not been able to inflict any damage on the Islamic Republic system, adding: "The enemy's movements have only strengthened and empowered our system. Currently, U.S. warships have moved 700 kilometers away from the Strait of Hormuz to avoid confrontation with the missiles of Iran's armed forces."
Izadi also pointed out that enemies, especially at sea, are trying to avoid potential dangers, stating: "This indicates the high military and defensive capabilities of Iran. In recent years, we have been able to overcome challenges and threats by relying on domestic capabilities and the will of the nation."
In conclusion, he emphasized the necessity of maintaining national unity and cohesion, saying: "We will always continue to confront oppression and arrogance with faith in God and prophetic leadership, and we will never lose hope on this path."
