The statue of Martyr Commander Amir Ali Haji Zadeh was unveiled in Abuzar Square in the presence of a number of officials, authorities, and the family of this esteemed martyr. This ceremony was attended by Alireza Zakani, the Mayor of Tehran, Mehdi Chamran, the Chairman of the Islamic City Council of Tehran, and Reza Sifi, the Mayor of District 17. The commander of the local Basij and law enforcement officials were also present at this event. The mother and wife of Martyr Haji Zadeh honored the memory of this martyr commander by unveiling the statue.

Zakani also praised the efforts of Tehran municipality staff for maintaining urban services during recent crisis and wartime conditions and emphasized the importance of preserving social cohesion. The wife of Martyr Haji Zadeh, in this ceremony, expressed gratitude to the people and officials, highlighting the necessity of keeping the memory and name of the martyrs alive and considered the unveiling of the statue as an action for the enduring memory of this martyr in the public space of the city.

Preserving the Memory and Name of the Sacred Defense Martyrs

In this ceremony, Martyr Haji Zadeh was introduced as one of the prominent commanders in the country's defense arena, having spent a significant part of his service in the Aerospace Force of the IRGC. This unveiling is part of the cultural programs of the Tehran municipal management to honor the martyrs and to represent the historical and cultural identity of the capital's neighborhoods.

The two-hundredth night of the public gathering at Abuzar Square concluded with honoring the family of Martyr Haji Zadeh and paying tribute to the families of the martyrs and veterans. This event demonstrates the determination and will of the people to keep the memory of the Sacred Defense martyrs alive and to promote the culture of sacrifice and dedication in society.
