Brigadier General Seyyed Abolfazl Mousavi-Pour, head of Tehran's traffic police, announced today that from 6 AM, Taleghani Street, between Shahid Mofatteh, has been closed due to construction work. This closure is fully enforced across all routes, and traffic on this path is not possible.
Traffic Situation on Surrounding Streets

In other words, while Taleghani Street is closed, other streets are permitted for traffic, which helps facilitate movement.

Traffic Load and Status of Important Streets
He also referred to the traffic load on streets near Taleghani, stating: Taleghani Street from Shahid Ghorani to Mofatteh is completely closed, and the traffic load on Somayeh Street, Enqelab Street in both directions, as well as Vali-Asr (AJ) and Shahid Ghorani is heavy and under control. This requires special attention from drivers and pedestrians to prevent traffic congestion.
Brigadier General Mousavi-Pour further advised citizens to use alternative routes if possible and to avoid unnecessary travel in congested areas. This action will help reduce traffic load and facilitate movement.
