Occurrence of the Clash and Thugs' Display of Power
Upon the arrival of the officers, they encountered a group displaying their power in public with knives and swords in hand. Colonel Sadeghipour continued his explanation by announcing the arrest of two other suspects, adding: "One person fled the scene, but with the pursuit of the officers and judicial coordination, an arrest warrant for this individual was issued at his residence, and he was also apprehended and handed over to the competent authority."
