Benefits of the Sajjad System for Students
The Director General of the Technology Development, Security, and Smartization Office of the Organization of Student Affairs highlighted the benefits of the Sajjad system, stating: "This system allows students to complete all steps related to their educational exemption requests online without the need for in-person visits. This is particularly helpful in the current situation where many students face challenges abroad due to the outbreak of contagious diseases."
He also added: "With this change, students can access accurate and up-to-date information regarding the status of their requests through the Sajjad system and stay informed about the progress of their work. This leads to greater transparency in administrative processes and provides students with peace of mind."
This action not only helps improve administrative processes but can also lead to increased student satisfaction with the services provided by the Organization of Student Affairs. Given the current circumstances and the necessity of utilizing modern technologies, this system can be considered an effective model for providing services to students.
Finally, the Director General of the Technology Development Office emphasized the importance of collaboration and synergy among different organizations to improve services for students and stated: "As a responsible entity, we must always strive to provide better services to students and facilitate administrative processes using modern technologies."
