The 48th World Skills Championship concluded last night with pride and success from 22 representatives of Iran. This delegation, by earning seven medals and high rankings in various fields, once again demonstrated that Iranian talents shine on the global stage.

Successful Representatives of Iran at the World Skills Championship

Mehran Rasoulzadeh achieved fourth place in Mobile Applications Development. Additionally, Hassan Safari and Amirhossein Zibaei also reached the same rank in Cyber Security. Mohammad Saleh Barahani secured eighth place in Cloud Computing, and Mohammad Amin Arab Amin Abadi reached twelfth place in IT Network Systems Administration. Other representatives included Amirreza Beik Mohammadlu in Graphic Design, Taha Shameli in Web Technologies, and Sajad Safari in Mechanical Engineering Design, who achieved twelfth and fifteenth places respectively.

Hard Challenges and Strong Support

Mikaeel Janbazi, a mobile software development expert, commented on the difficult level of this year's competition: "This year, compared to previous editions, the competitions were held at a much more challenging and professional level. In some modules, the time allocated to solve the challenges was less than the required time." Nevertheless, our representative in mobile software development managed to secure first place among other competitors on the last day.

This success was achieved with the support of major companies active in the country's digital economy, including the E-Commerce Association and reputable brands like ArvanCloud, Sapara, Lian, Digikala, and Jibit. These companies stated in a joint declaration: "Talent knows no boundaries; it neither gets left behind in remote mountains nor gets lost in the hustle and bustle of megacities."

The next World Skills Championship will be held in Japan, and the registration deadline has been extended to October 7, 2026. This is an opportunity for young representatives to showcase their talents on a larger stage and achieve even greater accomplishments.
