Abolfazl Pourarab, born on June 22, 1961, in Tehran, suffered an ankle injury two years ago due to a fall. This actor mentioned: "I fell two years ago and my ankle was dislocated, and I am still in treatment and need surgery." According to him, this injury has seriously impacted his daily and professional activities, and he is currently striving for a full recovery.

Abolfazl Pourarab began his career in theater and entered the world of cinema in 1983 with the film "Zakhmeh." He became one of the prominent figures in Iranian cinema in the 1990s with the film "Aroos" in 1990. Some of his enduring works include "Narges," "Avaz-e Tehran," "Mardi Shabi Baran," "Gharibaneh," "Mardi Az Jense Bolur," "Dast-haye Alodeh," "Mosafir," "Tanha-tarin Sardar," "Zirzamin," and "Vaziyat Sefid."
Pourarab received the Crystal Simorgh for Best Actor at the Fajr Film Festival for his role in "Mardi Shabi Baran," and this success showcased his talent and ability in the field of art.
