Support for People's Presence and Their Livelihoods
As the enemy attempts to impact people's livelihoods by creating crises and insecurity in the country, Tehran Municipality, as a service-oriented entity, seeks to preserve the squares and support citizens' livelihoods. District mayors must support people's presence in the scene and expand the scope of this presence. The emphasis by the Leader of the Revolution on creating conditions for the presence of various social groups is considered a key point in these programs.

Establishment of Service Tents in the Squares
Tehran Municipality has planned to set up service tents in at least 50 major squares of the city. These tents will provide various services including the "Zero Inflation" and "Bright Eyes" initiatives. In this program, health services and other facilities will be offered to citizens to alleviate the burden of living costs. Additionally, the "Bright Eyes" initiative, which relates to services for newborns and mothers, has received a positive response from citizens.
Progress on Construction and Infrastructure Projects
To improve urban infrastructure and facilitate service delivery, Tehran Municipality is completing unfinished projects. Major projects in Tehran, such as repurposing sand pits and constructing sports complexes in various areas, are progressing. Negotiations have also been conducted for the development of metro lines, and projects such as Shahid Shushtari Highway and Shahid Motavaselian Tunnel are underway. With the completion of these projects, the equation of the northern and southern parts of the city will change, positively impacting the urban landscape.
