The topic of Tehran and life during wartime is depicted in the Tehran Art Nights at the Tehran House Museum. The historic Union House, recognized as the only remnant of the old Lalehzar, is currently hosting artists and audiences. This complex has become a tourist destination thanks to the efforts of the Tehran Beautification Organization and has now turned into a place for narrating the resilience and history of Tehran.
Diverse Programs of Tehran Art Nights
This event includes screenings of short and medium-length films, documentaries, and various theater performances. Additionally, photography exhibitions have been set up in different galleries of the Tehran House Museum. Hamed Mehrabani, the director of the municipal house museums of Tehran, states that the Tehran Art Nights are set to continue as a series of events with various themes. The first round of this program, titled 'Tehran, the Standing City,' will be held concurrently with Tehran Week.

Many well-known artists are present at this event, and many artworks are being displayed here for the first time. Mehrabani also announced plans to hold similar events in other house museums in Tehran, emphasizing that the main goal of this program is to provide easy access to art and culture for families.
A Joyful and Memorable Atmosphere for Families
During these nights, after each film screening, a session for critique and Q&A with the creators and art experts is held, which has been well-received by academics. However, the programs do not end here; a joyful and memorable atmosphere for families has been designed. Storytelling, musical performances, and puppet shows are among the popular programs held every night in the courtyard of this historic house.
A traditional Tehran-style refreshment area has also been set up in the courtyard so that families can relax in the coolness of autumn nights after visiting the galleries and diverse exhibitions, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of this historic mansion. This synchronization with the history and culture of Tehran creates a unique experience for all family members.
The location of this event is on Lalehzar Street at the Tehran House Museum (Union House). Families can enter this space not only to enjoy the artworks but also to become acquainted with the spirit of Tehran's history and the resilience of its people.
