Seyyed Javad Hosseini, the head of the Welfare Organization, announced the holding of the government employment test in November this year. This test is aimed at providing human resources for the country's executive bodies, and for the first time, the shares for women and men have been considered equally in this test.
Distribution of Employment Permits in 31 Provinces
Hosseini explained that based on the requests and needs of executive bodies, the distribution of employment permits has been carried out in all 31 provinces of the country. This action is aimed at responding to the real needs of the labor market and improving the quality of government services.
He also announced that Tehran with 492 permits, Khorasan Razavi with 298 permits, and Fars with 183 permits have the highest number of employment permits. This distribution reflects the government's efforts to reduce unemployment and improve employment conditions in various regions of the country.
Details of Gender Shares in Employment
Seyyed Javad Hosseini also referred to the gender distribution of employment permits and said: Out of a total of 3000 employment permits, 1058 permits have been allocated to women, 1057 permits to men, and 885 permits for both groups. This approach is particularly significant in a context where gender equality is one of the government's key objectives.
Hosseini emphasized that this test is a suitable opportunity for young people and university graduates to try their luck in entering the labor market. He urged applicants to take advantage of the registration time and prepare to participate in this test.
The head of the Welfare Organization further stated that this test, in addition to providing the necessary human resources, aims to create hope and motivation among young people and women so that they can have a more active presence in various social and economic fields. Especially in the current situation where the labor market is affected by multiple challenges, this opportunity can be a turning point in the professional lives of many individuals.
Finally, Seyyed Javad Hosseini urged all applicants to visit the official website of the Welfare Organization for more information and registration. He expressed hope that with the holding of this test, we will witness an increase in employment and improvement in living conditions in the country.
