Seyed Mohammad Rahim Mortazavi, the mayor of District 13 of Tehran, along with Mehdi Mazinani, the head of the Tehran City Boundary Department, during a field visit to the boundary of this area, while reviewing the status of various projects, emphasized the need to preserve national lands and prevent illegal constructions.

Visit to Vital Projects

During this visit, the mayor of District 13 visited the Zeytoon Town and also the project for drilling and equipping a water well in Yan Cheshmeh, the village of Hameh Sin and Hajarabad. This visit was conducted to assess the progress of the projects and also to review the status of the boundary of this area.

Serious Follow-up on Illegal Constructions

Mehdi Mazinani, during this visit, while appreciating the efforts of the urban management of District 13, referred to the latest status of dealing with illegal constructions. He said: "We are seriously pursuing issues related to illegal constructions, and in the past year, by strengthening round-the-clock patrols and cooperating with judicial authorities, we have prevented the formation of any new illegal constructions in this area."

Mortazavi also emphasized that preserving and protecting national lands located in the boundary is a continuous and non-stop duty, adding: "Our goal is to stabilize spatial discipline and protect the public rights of citizens. Close and constructive interaction with the judiciary is the guarantee of stability and continuity of this lawful approach in the region."

Reviewing the Status of Water Channels and Preventing Flooding

During this visit, Mortazavi and Mazinani also reviewed the latest status of the construction of a water channel in the village of Hameh Sin. This channel has been considered to enhance the capacity for directing runoff and to prevent flooding in the area. This action demonstrates the importance of water resource management and preventing damages caused by flooding in rural areas.

Given the importance of this visit and the emphasis on enforcing laws related to the city boundary, it is expected that effective measures will be taken in the near future to protect national lands and prevent illegal constructions. These efforts will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of life for citizens and protecting the environment.
