The retreat of American ships to a distance of over 500 kilometers from the shores of Iran is a sign of the military and diplomatic successes of the Islamic Republic of Iran against foreign threats. Major General Mohammad Akraminia, the spokesperson for the Islamic Republic Army, stated that with the implementation of new operational plans, the Iranian Army aims to force American ships to retreat further and move away from the region.
Strengthening Faith and the Spirit of Resistance in the Army
General Akraminia, in an interview about the role of the Ideological-Political Organization of the Army in strengthening the faith and insight of armed forces personnel, referred to the importance of the Islamic Revolution of Iran as a cultural revolution. He emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran must possess cultural identity and essence, and for this purpose, the Ideological-Political Organization in the Army was established to address the cultural, ideological, and spiritual affairs of the personnel.

This organization, which has been established for over five decades, has played an effective role in strengthening the Islamic and cultural identity of the Islamic Republic Army, and according to General Akraminia, various conspiracies have been initiated by America against Iran since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, for which the Ideological-Political Organization is responsible for protecting the Army personnel against this cultural invasion.
The Historic Role of the Army in the Sacred Defense
General Akraminia referred to the experiences of the eight-year Sacred Defense and stated that during this period, the Ideological-Political Organization, by providing ideological and political training and strengthening the religious beliefs of the personnel, had a significant impact on the resilience and resistance of the Islamic fighters. He added: "The cultural and spiritual atmosphere prevailing on the fronts was one of the main factors of the resilience and resistance of the fighters, which ultimately led to victory."
The Army spokesperson also stated that in recent decades, the Ideological-Political Organization has also created a foundation for immunity against the cultural assaults of the enemy by enhancing the cultural and insightful level of the personnel. He pointed out that if this organization had not been able to play an effective role, we would not have witnessed this level of resistance and resilience among the Army personnel today.
General Akraminia further referred to the presence of Army forces in relief and humanitarian assistance and emphasized that the Islamic Republic Army has always been alongside the people and has played a self-sacrificing role in natural disasters. This spirit of the people is considered one of the essential characteristics of the Army.
Finally, the Army spokesperson, referring to the current hybrid war against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its various dimensions, emphasized the importance of the role of the Ideological-Political Organization in safeguarding religious beliefs and strengthening the spirit of resistance among the personnel. He said: "Today, we witness the steadfastness of the personnel of the Islamic Republic Army against threats, and this steadfastness is attributed to their faith and ideological beliefs."
