The National Elites Foundation has started registration for three financial and supportive plans aimed at assisting talented students and elites in the country. These plans are dedicated to top graduates from universities and religious seminaries both inside and outside the country, helping them to optimally utilize their abilities.

Details of the Shahid Syad Shirazi Plan

Registration for the Shahid Syad Shirazi plan will begin on October 1, 2026, and will last for 20 days. The goal of this plan is to optimally utilize the abilities of top graduates and support technological institutions for the development of scientific and cultural activities in the country. The National Elites Foundation, in collaboration with the General Staff of the Armed Forces, allows conscripts to complete their military service through the execution of research or technological plans, resulting in the receipt of their service completion card.

Facilities for Talented Students

Eligible applicants can submit their requests through the information system of the National Elites Foundation, the Sina system. Additionally, registration for the Shahid Vezvazi plan for the academic year 2026-2025 has also begun on September 6, 2026, and will continue for one month. This plan aims to empower and skill-up talented students and provides them with various facilities.

Talented students from universities and higher education centers in the country, except for new students, can submit their applications. The National Elites Foundation has also announced that a call for registration for new students will be published soon.

Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant Plans

The National Elites Foundation has also announced the start of registration for the Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant plans for the academic year 2026-2025. This plan aims to support the education and scientific and research activities of doctoral students. First and second-year doctoral students will be supported under the Teaching Assistant plan, while third and fourth-year students will be supported under the Research Assistant plan, benefiting from monthly financial support as well as empowerment facilities.

Registration for applicants of this plan will begin on October 1, 2026, and will last for one month. Eligible applicants can submit their requests through the Sina system. The National Elites Foundation will also provide additional information, guidelines, and application instructions for all three plans through this system.
