Noorollah Moradi, a researcher in the field of cultural heritage, at the specialized meeting "Art and Artistic Tourism" hosted by the Taraneh Baran Gallery, emphasized Iran's civilizational and artistic capacities, stating that art is one of the most important tools for introducing and making Iran's image lasting in the world, and stressed the necessity of strengthening education and media for the development of artistic tourism.

Opportunities and Challenges in Global Imaging of Iran

Moradi, referring to the topic of the meeting, considered it one of the serious and fundamental discussions for the current conditions of the country and said: "It is important how we can take advantage of the changing perceptions of the world towards Iran." He added: Studies show that Iran's image has become a significant and different image for people in various countries.

Moradi introduced art as an important tool in this regard and said: "With art, we can make the image that has formed of Iran lasting. Whenever a person is unable to speak, art begins." He recalled the experiences of prominent artists in the country in creating musical works and their impact on the social atmosphere.

Cultural and Historical Capacities of Iran

This researcher further examined the history of art in Iran, referring to ancient and historical works and said: "Iran is a country with a long history and rich culture. The global registration of the Khoramabad Valley indicates the cultural and historical importance of our country on a global level." He also mentioned the cave paintings of early humans in the Khoramabad region, which reflect humanity's effort to express their thoughts through art.

Moradi, referring to various historical periods of Iran, discussed the expansion of art during the Medes and Achaemenid periods and emphasized that Iranian art, especially at Persepolis, represents a kind of integrated art. He also spoke about the influence of Iranian art on Islamic art in the post-Islamic period and stressed the necessity of recognizing these influences.

In conclusion, he noted that "our GDP is backed by our cultural heritage," and addressed the importance of calligraphy, poetry, and music in introducing Iran's civilization to the world. Moradi emphasized that "the environment is a creator of art" and pointed to the environmental and tourism capacities in Iran, calling for more attention to these areas.
