Javad Nekounam, after the big match between Tractor and Esteghlal that ended without a winner, analyzed his team's performance and the current situation in Iranian football. This match reminded Nekounam of his past days, the days when he was present on the field as the head coach of Esteghlal, but this time he entered the field as the head coach of Tractor.
Team performance analysis and the need for more coordination
Nekounam regarding his team's performance in this match said: "We entered the field today aiming for victory and had no goal other than to earn three points. The effort of my players was commendable, and I think in parts of the match we were able to present good football." He also referred to tactical changes in the team and added: "The changes we made improved our style of play and allowed us to present different football. We still need time to achieve complete coordination, but the team's progress is promising."

Refereeing controversies and criticisms
Nekounam in another part of his remarks referred to the refereeing incidents and challenges he had with one of the assistant referees. He emphasized Mr. Kazemi's judgment, saying: "I have no issue with this, but some events are still strange to me. Football fans have a good memory and have not forgotten how one of these assistant referees turned a blind eye to an offside in that famous match and changed the fate of a league." He pointed out that there are still individuals in refereeing who continue similar behaviors and refrained from providing further details on this matter.
Nekounam also touched upon the recent controversies in Iranian football and said: "Thank God that some issues are gradually becoming clear and all the discussions I previously raised are turning into reality one after another. Events have been raised that I think many football fans realized a lot of issues upon hearing them." He expressed regret that some individuals still make decisions for Iranian football.
Discipline and order, the key to Tractor's success
The head coach of Tractor emphasized the importance of team discipline and order, saying: "For me, no name is greater than Tractor and no issue is more important than team discipline. A team's success starts from these principles, and I believe no individual is above the name and reputation of the club." He stressed that all players are obliged to respect each other and the club, and this mutual respect can help the team's success.
Nekounam, expressing optimism about the future, said: "Unity and coordination among all the club's components have been one of the good events of this season. We will not allow peripheral issues to affect the team's tranquility, and our entire focus is on Tractor's success."
In the end, Nekounam thanked the Tractor fans who have supported the team in all circumstances, saying: "They deserve the best events, and we have a duty to respond to their love and support with effort and good results. I hope we can create happy days for these fans."
