Mojtaba Abdollahi, the governor of Alborz, in an interview with Mehr News Agency, examined the connection between elites and industry, stating that while this connection exists, it needs strengthening and improvement. The governor of Alborz emphasized that more attention should be paid to the criticisms of the elite community, stating that despite the progress made, there is still a long way to go to reach the desired point. He added: "To address the existing challenges, there needs to be more interaction and cooperation among the scientific, industrial, and executive sectors. Some of the grievances of the elites are valid and acceptable, and it is necessary to resolve these challenges through cooperation and solidarity so that the scientific capacities of the country can be directed towards development."

Support for the Alborz Elite Foundation
Abdollahi also referred to the provincial management's support for the elite community, stating: "We specifically support the Alborz Elite Foundation and strive to utilize the province's capacities to assist this organization and resolve existing issues." He emphasized the importance of the role of youth and elites in the country's future, adding that the scientific and research development of the country requires support for the capabilities of elites and creating opportunities to utilize their capacities.
The Necessity of Operationalizing Elite Ideas
Abdollahi stressed the necessity of operationalizing elite projects, noting that the groundwork for implementing ideas and scientific plans must be established, linking the capabilities of these individuals to practical action. He stated: "Effective use of elite capacities is realized when their ideas and plans are utilized in executive and industrial sectors, helping to solve the issues and problems of the province." These statements reflect the determination and will of the governor of Alborz to strengthen the connection between elites and industry and to strive for improving the current conditions.
