Mohammad Eslami, the head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, firmly announced on the sidelines of the mourning ceremony for the mother of the head of the Planning and Budget Organization that Iran will never abandon uranium enrichment and intends to continue this process with strength. He noted that enrichment is an inseparable part of the nuclear process, and without it, the claim of having a nuclear industry is meaningless.

Enrichment: The Driving Force of Science and Technology

Eslami further added: "The nuclear industry is the driving force of science and technology" and pointed to its positive impacts on the country's development. He also mentioned that various countries, including the United States, despite criticisms, have prioritized nuclear technology in their developmental programs.

The Right to Progress for the Iranian Nation

The head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization emphasized that the Iranian nation is on the path of progress, stating: "These are deceptions and lies. What is certain is the progress of a nation; the Iranian nation is not a left-behind nation, it is a first-class nation and a talented nation." He asserted that Iran has high capacities and that the right to progress and the frontier of knowledge is the right of the Iranian nation, and no shortcomings in this regard will be accepted.

Eslami concluded by emphasizing that "we will not hand over uranium; this is not going to happen," reaffirming the country's determination to continue its nuclear path. These statements come at a time when international negotiations regarding Iran's nuclear program are still ongoing, and parties are seeking ways to reach a sustainable agreement.
