Mohammad Asghari, a meteorology expert, announced the arrival of the first wave of autumn rain to the country, stating that the rainfall will begin late on Thursday (September 23). He explained that these rains will initially start from the Gilan region and that a relative drop in temperature will create conditions for the onset of rainfall.
Rainfall Forecast in Various Regions
Asghari pointed out the areas that will be affected by heavy rainfall, noting that in areas such as Shirgah, Lajim, Golokah, Ziarat, Aliabad Katul, Ramian, Minoodasht, and Galikesh, the intensity of the downpours may occasionally increase. These areas are at risk of flooding and localized flash floods, and therefore it is recommended that travelers avoid setting up tents in riverbeds.

Precautionary Measures in Adverse Weather Conditions
Considering the forecast of heavy rainfall, Asghari advised the public to exercise caution during this time and avoid unnecessary travel. Additionally, if travel is necessary, it is better to be equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to cope with adverse weather conditions. Especially in mountainous areas and near rivers, people should remain vigilant and avoid being in these areas during heavy rainfall.
Finally, the meteorology expert emphasized that with the arrival of these rains, the country's weather will gradually shift towards autumn changes, and in the coming days, we will witness a drop in temperature in many regions. Therefore, people should pay attention to weather changes and prepare for autumn.
