Mohammad Asghari, a meteorologist, stated that according to the latest weather conditions in the country, a new rainfall wave will enter the country from Thursday (September 26), which will have significant impacts in various parts of the country.

Calm before the storm

Asghari explained that on Wednesday (September 25), the weather conditions will be relatively calm, which could provide a suitable opportunity for farmers, especially cotton growers in Golestan, to harvest their crops. These days are recognized as an opportunity for farmers, particularly in the northern regions of the country.

Weather instability in the east and south

However, in the eastern and southern halves of the country, seasonal instabilities are still active. According to Asghari, these instabilities will particularly manifest in the eastern and northern parts of Sistan and Baluchestan. Rainfall is predicted in areas of Zahedan and South Khorasan, which may lead to seasonal river flooding. Therefore, it is essential to exercise caution in transportation and grazing livestock in highlands and along seasonal river paths.

Increased wind speed and dust

From Wednesday to Friday (September 27), the wind speed in the eastern part of the country will increase, which may lead to dust storms. Asghari also mentioned that in the western half of the country, temperatures are expected to rise over the next 24 hours compared to today. However, from Thursday, with the arrival of the new rainfall wave, temperatures are expected to decrease in most areas of the country, leading to cooler weather.

Significant rainfall in October

This meteorologist also referred to the relatively significant rainfall predicted in the first three days of October along the Caspian Sea coast. He emphasized that from today until Sunday (September 29), in some areas of Razavi Khorasan province, wind speeds will reach levels that could cause dust storms and reduce air quality.

Given these predictions, it seems that the country will face significant weather changes in the coming days, which could create opportunities for some areas while also presenting challenges. Therefore, paying attention to weather warnings and taking necessary precautions to prevent potential problems is of special importance.
