Brigadier General Hossein Mohibi, spokesperson of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, met with Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, spokesperson of the Islamic Republic Army, at the Army headquarters. This meeting focused on important topics such as the convergence and synergy between the Army and the IRGC, as well as the power of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran against enemies.
Honoring the Achievements of the Islamic Republic Army
During this meeting, General Mohibi praised the actions of the Islamic Republic Army in the ongoing war, calling the Army a source of pride for the nation and the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He stated: "The Army is a source of pride for Islamic Iran and is a strong, popular, and enemy-fighting organization; in the history of Iran, there has never been an Army so powerful, popular, idealistic, and committed to its cause."

General Mohibi also recalled the history of cooperation between the Army and the IRGC during the 8-year Sacred Defense, stating that the Army was a source of pride in the second and third defensive wars, just as it was in the first Sacred Defense. He mentioned Martyr General Syed Shirazi, who regarded the Army and the IRGC as a divine legion and always emphasized the importance of unity between these two organizations.
The Importance of Unity and Solidarity Among Armed Forces
The spokesperson of the IRGC emphasized that the existing unity and solidarity between the Army and the IRGC should be recorded in history, saying: "The camaraderie and cooperation among the Army and the IRGC and the entire armed forces with each other, the armed forces with the government and the people, as well as the solidarity and unity of the people in the field and on the streets, must be documented and preserved in history."
Brigadier General Akraminia also emphasized the history of unity between the Army and the IRGC in the years following the glorious Islamic Revolution, stating: "During the Sacred Defense, we witnessed remarkable cooperation, coordination, unity, and synergy between the Army and the IRGC, and today, thanks to God, this has been realized even more."
He stressed: "We are all under the command and guidance of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, sharing a common goal and striving for the dignity and honor of our Islamic homeland." He also pointed out the importance of demonstrating unity and cooperation between the Army and the IRGC in society, saying: "It was this unity and cooperation that brought the enemies to despair. The enemy had hoped to create discord within the country, but today, with the unity established within the country, the enemy has reached a deadlock."
The spokesperson of the Islamic Republic Army concluded by stating that the Army and the IRGC are powerful and efficient, and that their cooperation is at its highest level today, which can serve as a model for other organizations and institutions. He also emphasized the need for joint meetings of the spokespersons of the armed forces and discussed ways to enhance the level of media cooperation.
