Majid Bagheri, the Deputy of Planning, Human Capital Development, and Council Affairs of the Mayor of Tehran, announced the holding of the professional qualification certificate exam on Thursday. This exam will take place at Farhangian University, and nearly 1000 people will participate.

Majid Bagheri further emphasized the importance of professional qualifications in improving the quality of urban services, stating: "We aim to increase the knowledge and capabilities of municipal personnel by holding such exams. This is not only beneficial for the personnel but ultimately for the citizens and the community as well." Bagheri also stressed the importance of continuous training in the workplace and added: "Human capital development has been considered one of the priorities of Tehran Municipality. We seek to create an environment where personnel can engage in learning and enhancing their skills."
The holding of this exam takes place while Tehran Municipality is striving to provide better services to citizens by improving educational and recruitment systems. Bagheri also referred to the future plans of the municipality regarding the training and empowerment of personnel, stating: "We intend to hold various training courses for personnel so that they can familiarize themselves with the latest standards and perform better in providing services."
