How to Verify Identity and Purchase
Bakhtiari Zadeh continued: The Shahrazad system is connected to several national systems that have information about households, income brackets, residence locations, and other relevant information. After citizens register in the system, their identities are verified and their information is matched, and upon approval, they will be able to make purchases.

The CEO of the Tehran Municipality's Fruit and Vegetable Market Management Organization emphasized that purchases are based on a per capita allocation assigned to each household, and this credit is linked to the national ID of the household head. Citizens can make their purchases and payments through the Shahrazad system, and subsequently, they will receive a tracking code.
Possibility of In-Person Delivery and Purchase Delivery
Bakhtiari Zadeh added: After that, either a purchase delivery will be sent to the citizens, or they can choose the in-person delivery option. If they choose in-person delivery, the citizen visits one of the markets close to their selected residence and receives their purchase.
He also mentioned that citizens can visit booths where we have installed POS devices. These devices are connected to the Shahrazad system, and by entering the national ID of the household head, which has been previously verified, the citizen accesses the system, selects their purchase, swipes their card, and receives the goods.
Supply of Items and Future Planning
The CEO of the Tehran Municipality's Fruit and Vegetable Market Management Organization also stated regarding the supply of necessary items for this plan: We have anticipated this plan for six months, and thanks to God, we have no concerns about shortages.
Bakhtiari Zadeh added: Of course, we had predicted this issue from the beginning, but organizations, various producers, and guilds have been announcing their readiness to assist in implementing this plan since the day it was announced. A wave of readiness to support this plan has also emerged, which we hope to utilize in future periods.
He concluded by emphasizing: We are currently planning for future periods so that we can continue this plan, and as long as the country's conditions remain as they are, we will continue it.
