Khosrowpanah, the Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, in his latest remarks, examined the Ministry of Science's plan regarding the quota for war victims in the entrance exam and described this plan as "raw" and "in need of revision" with strong criticisms. He emphasized that the parliamentarians should avoid creating dual governance and instead focus on the real needs of society.

Raw Plan of the Ministry of Science

Khosrowpanah stated that the current plan of the Ministry of Science is not at all suitable for the current situation of the country, saying: "We must pay attention to war victims as a special group and have a comprehensive and principled program for them. Unfortunately, this plan has turned into a raw single article due to a lack of precision and necessary reviews." According to him, this plan not only does not solve the problems of war victims but can also exacerbate social discontent and lead to new discriminations and inequalities in the entrance exam process.

Attention to the Real Needs of Society

Furthermore, Khosrowpanah warned the parliamentarians that they should not create a dual governance in the country with their immature policies. He stated: "Dual and contradictory policies undermine public trust, and instead, we should focus on unity and solidarity in society." These remarks come at a time when the quota for war victims has become one of the controversial topics in the entrance exam, attracting widespread criticism from experts and social activists.

Finally, Khosrowpanah urged the officials of the Ministry of Science to look at this issue with greater care and to develop a comprehensive and effective plan for supporting war victims in collaboration with stakeholders. He emphasized that this group requires special attention and support and should not be overlooked regarding their problems.
