Jokar, the head of the Internal Affairs and Councils Commission in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, emphasized the need to utilize the capacities of elites abroad, pointing to the importance of attention to the "patriotism" of these individuals. In recent remarks, he stated that Iranian elites in various countries can play a significant role in the country's progress.

The Role of Elites During the Sacred Defense

Jokar recalled history and said: "During the Sacred Defense, we had elites who, despite being in other countries, loved their homeland and rushed to help the country in times of need." These remarks highlight the importance of the elites' attachment to their homeland and their influence on the social and political processes of the country.

The Necessity of Engaging Elites

He also emphasized that under current conditions, it is necessary for the government and relevant institutions to seek the participation of elites abroad. Jokar added: "These elites, with their experiences and knowledge, can play an effective role in improving the economic, social, and scientific conditions of the country. Therefore, attention to this issue should be prioritized."

Jokar, referring to the unique capacities of Iranian elites abroad, stated: "We must plan in such a way that these individuals feel they can contribute to the country's progress and that their voices are heard." He also pointed to the importance of creating communication bridges between elites inside and outside the country, saying: "Establishing effective communication can lead to the exchange of experiences and new knowledge, which will ultimately benefit the country."

In conclusion, Jokar emphasized the necessity of creating suitable environments for elites and said: "We must provide conditions that encourage elites to return to their homeland and participate in the country's development. This requires the effort and cooperation of all institutions and organizations in the country."
