Homayoun Shajarian, the beloved and well-known singer of Iranian music, returns to Iran with a concert titled "Wherever You Are" after four years away from domestic stages. This concert will take place starting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, in the city of Shiraz, and tickets will go on sale from October 5th.
Message of Love and Closeness
In a published video, Shajarian expressed his feelings about returning to the stage and added: "Wherever You Are" is not just the name of this concert; it reminds us that distances are not always as far as they seem. He emphasized the importance of sound and music in bringing people closer together and invited his audience to join him on this artistic journey.

The concert "Wherever You Are" is part of a social campaign aimed at providing better educational opportunities and access for students who have fewer opportunities. This cultural participation represents the connection between art and social responsibility.
Siavash Group and Executive Team
This performance will be accompanied by the "Siavash" group, which includes musicians such as Azad Mirzapur (oud), Hossein Rezaeinia (daf), Mahyar Tarhi (santur), Radman Tavakoli (tar), Mehrzad Azemi Kia (kamancheh), and Morteza Momenian (tonbak). This artistic group is continuously preparing for this special concert.
The executive team for this concert includes Sahar Forouzan as the program manager, Reza Mousavi as the stage designer and director, and Kaveh Abedin as the sound engineer. Additionally, Mohsen Fattahi serves as the executive manager and Afsaneh Shajarian as the photographer for this project.
Homayoun Shajarian has previously joined the campaign "Wherever You Are" and released the piece "The Moonlight Shines" with lyrics by Nima Yushij and music by Majid Derakhshani. This work, which has come to the market after 28 years, reflects the continuity of his artistic and social activities.
Shajarian last performed in August 2022 in a concert titled "In the Color of Sound" and subsequently continued his concert tour abroad with Anoushiravan Rohani. Last September, he had planned to hold a free street concert in Azadi Square, which was canceled due to management issues. Now, after four years of waiting, he returns to the Iranian stage, and it seems that this return will be very valuable and memorable not only for him but also for his audience.
