Heavy traffic on the Qazvin - Karaj - Tehran freeway, especially between the Fardis Bridge and the Kalak Bridge, has created difficult conditions for drivers. This situation has arisen due to an increase in traffic volume on this key route, necessitating greater caution in road travel.

Condition of Other Routes in the Country

As of the time of this report, traffic on the Chalus, Haraz, Firuzkuh routes, the old Tehran - Bumehen route, the Tehran - Pardis freeway, the Tehran - North freeway, and the Qazvin - Rasht freeway (in both directions) has been reported as relatively smooth. This indicates that in some areas of the country, travel is proceeding well and drivers can cautiously reach their destinations.

Fog and Closure of Some Dangerous Routes

At the same time, fog has been reported on some routes in the provinces of Mazandaran, Ardabil, and North Khorasan. This situation can lead to dangers arising from reduced visibility for drivers, so they must be extremely cautious.

Additionally, the Center for Road Management has announced that the Gilan-e Gharb - Somar route in Kermanshah province, the Ramian - Takht-e Nalang - Shahroud route in Golestan province, the Shamsak - Dizin route in Alborz province, the Shahdad - Nahbandan route in Kerman province, and the Gilan-e Gharb - Somar route have been closed until further notice due to insufficient safety. These closures have been implemented to ensure the safety and health of drivers, and it is expected that drivers will heed these warnings.

Given the increase in traffic on some of the main routes in the country, travelers are advised to check the road conditions before traveling and, if necessary, use alternative routes. By adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a safe distance, they can experience safer journeys.
