Hasan Norouzi, the CEO of the Targeted Subsidies Organization, announced that so far 10 million and 900 thousand households have registered their information in the "My Government" system. Meanwhile, the government intends to implement an increase of 500,000 tomans in the food vouchers of these households in the coming days.
4 million and 400 thousand households have not registered
Norouzi pointed out that about 4 million and 400 thousand households from the identified statistical population have not registered, stating that this issue may be due to lack of access or unawareness of eligible individuals regarding the registration process. He emphasized that households that were unable to register in the previous deadline will have another opportunity to register their information in the "My Government" system in November.

Increase in credits and financial resource limitations
The CEO of the Targeted Subsidies Organization also referred to the limitations of government financial resources and stated that the increase in the number of eligible households depends on the available credits. He emphasized that with more resources secured, more households can benefit from this increase. This means that although the government is trying to assist the maximum number of households, financial limitations may hinder this effort.
Norouzi also stated that the goal of this program is to support low-income households and meet their basic needs. Given the economic conditions of the country, this assistance can be effective in improving the quality of life and increasing the purchasing power of these households. Therefore, households that have not yet managed to register should take advantage of the new opportunity and update their information to benefit from the food vouchers.
Considering the rising prices and economic pressure on many families, programs such as increasing food voucher credits can play an important role in alleviating the financial burden on these households.
