Hamidreza Shamsaie, the founder and CEO of Mehrazas Gostar Pars, illustrated the challenges and restrictions in the path of entrepreneurship and industrial growth in an interview with a media outlet. He emphasized that unfair treatment of entrepreneurs and administrative bureaucracy are hindering the growth and flourishing of production and industrialists in the current conditions of the industry in the country.

Challenges in the Industry

Shamsaie stated that many entrepreneurs face numerous problems and pointed to the lack of necessary support from government institutions. He said: "We industrialists also know how to buy gold instead of producing and make a profit. This indicates that currently, the conditions for production in the country are such that some of us prefer to invest in the gold market instead of producing."

Negative Effects of Bureaucracy

Shamsaie referred to the complex and time-consuming bureaucratic processes and added: "These issues not only harm us but also create despair among young people and novice entrepreneurs. If the necessary support is not provided, we will soon face a decrease in production and the exit of many entrepreneurs from the market."

He further added that this situation could lead to reduced employment and increased unemployment, negatively impacting families' livelihoods. Shamsaie emphasized that relevant institutions need to think about facilitating conditions for entrepreneurs instead of creating restrictions.

The Necessity of a New Perspective on Industrialists

The CEO of Mehrazas Gostar Pars suggested that the government should adopt a new perspective towards industrialists and entrepreneurs and provide them with opportunities for growth and flourishing. He said: "If young people and entrepreneurs are given opportunities, they can contribute to the flourishing of the country's industry with their creativity and innovation."

Shamsaie concluded by emphasizing that for success in the industry, entrepreneurs need to receive the necessary support and the business environment should be reformed to strengthen the motivations for production and investment in this field.
