Executive agency employees in Iran can receive up to 35 million tomans in bonuses based on their performance in the annual evaluation. These bonuses are determined according to the executive guideline "Responding to citizens' complaints regarding the provision of public services through the Administrative Emergency System (Fouad 128)" and are allocated to frontline employees.
Performance Evaluation Criteria
The new guidelines allow agencies to earn points based on their annual performance evaluation. Agencies that score 90 and above are classified as "excellent," while those with scores between 75 and less than 90 are classified as "good." This classification helps employees better identify their paths for promotion and rewards.

Material and Moral Rewards
In agencies with excellent performance, material rewards of up to 50,000 points and certificates of appreciation are planned for 10% of frontline employees. Additionally, in agencies with good performance, material rewards of up to 35,000 points and certificates of appreciation are considered for 5% of employees. These rewards motivate employees to provide better and more effective services.
The monetary value of the bonuses is determined based on the allocated points, and according to the announced information, the amount will be around 24 to 35 million tomans. The payment of these bonuses will be made from the welfare credits of the agencies and within the framework of their approved budgets. This action can, in turn, contribute to improving the quality of public services and increasing public satisfaction.
Consequences and Future Outlook
Given the economic conditions and the need to improve public services, this guideline can be considered an effective step towards enhancing service quality and public satisfaction. It is expected that with the implementation of this policy, employees will be more motivated to provide quality services and respond to citizens' complaints, resulting in a significant improvement in community satisfaction.
